Frequently Asked Questions
How to Set and Adjust Your IRIZ Watch
- Small double hammer
- Watch band strap link pin remover
- Watch adjustment block
- Pin punch
To make your watch smaller, start by removing a link from the middle of the chain–not an end piece. Using a pin punch, carefully push out the pins on either side of the link you want to remove. Once the link is detached, reconnect the remaining sections of the band by aligning them and reinserting a pin to secure everything back in place.
To make your watch larger, contact the Iriz customer service team to request an additional link. Once you receive it, use a pin punch to remove a pin from the middle of the band. Insert the new link into the open space, then secure it by reinserting the pins on either side to reconnect and restore the band.
To add a pin to a watch, align the two adjoining links so the small holes on each link line up. Insert the pin through both holes, then use a small hammer to gently tap it into place until it’s fully secured.
To adjust the strap on a watch, use a pin to gently flip open the latch on the band. Once opened, the latch will slide freely along the strap. Move it to your desired position for a comfortable fit, then flip the latch back down to lock it securely in place.
To set the time on an Iriz watch, locate the small knob on the right side of the face, known as the crown. Remove the protective plastic piece from under the crown. Next, turn the crown clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the hour and minute hands to the correct time. Once the time is set, gently push the crown back in securely to resume normal operation.
